We ship worldwide with care. Orders are packed gift-ready and dispatched as quickly as possible.
Shipping
- Free shipping: Orders over $75 ship free worldwide (where available).
- Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
- Delivery: Delivery times vary by destination. Tracking is provided where available.
- Customs & duties: International orders may be subject to customs fees, taxes or import duties depending on your country. These are the responsibility of the recipient.
Returns & Exchanges
- Return window: Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery for unopened items in original packaging.
- Personalised/custom items: Due to their bespoke nature, personalised or custom-made items are not eligible for return unless faulty.
- Resins/incense: Opened frankincense/resin products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
- Damaged items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the item and packaging.
- How to start a return: Email support@souqannas.com with your order details and reason for return.
