Treasures meant to be passed down. A few simple steps to keep them beautiful for years to come.
Yemeni Aqeeq Rings
- Remove your ring before heavy work, swimming, or showering.
- Avoid harsh chemicals, perfumes, and cleaning agents. Apply fragrance before putting your ring on.
- Clean gently with a soft, damp cloth. Dry immediately with a lint-free cloth.
- Store separately in a soft pouch to avoid scratching against other jewellery.
Frankincense (Resin)
- Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
- Keep in an airtight container or its original bag to preserve aroma.
- Burn on charcoal in a heat-safe burner with ventilation. Never leave unattended.
- A little goes a long way — use small tears for a clean, sweet burn.
Attar Oils
- Store upright in a cool, dark place. Avoid exposure to heat or sunlight.
- Apply to pulse points (wrists, behind ears) with the applicator or a drop on skin.
- Alcohol-free — a drop is often all you need.
- Keep tightly closed when not in use.
Tasbeeh Beads
- Wipe with a soft, dry cloth to remove oils.
- Avoid soaking in water, especially for wooden or porous beads.
- Store in a soft pouch to protect the cord/tassel.
Yemeni Coffee & Ceramics
- Store coffee in an airtight container, away from light and moisture.
- Hand wash personalised ceramics when possible to preserve calligraphy.
- Avoid sudden temperature changes for delicate pieces.
